The colleague who irritates you beyond all reason. The same argument, in different relationships, with different people. The comment from three days ago you still can't put down.
Intoma Journal takes what's happening around you and turns it into a daily writing practice — one prompt a day, built from your answers, pointing steadily inward.
It is not advice. It is a mirror, held daily.
You answer
What brought you here, what you feel when you think about it, and what you want to understand about yourself. Five minutes.

Your plan arrives as a PDF within 48 hours. Every prompt is built from your answers — not a template, not a deck of generic cards.
You write
A question, an unfinished sentence, a writing invitation, or a guided observation — never the same format two days in a row. Ten to twenty minutes.
Single days from four different plans — shared with permission, names removed. No plan is shown in full.
"Which small moment today repeated a feeling you already know too well?"
From a 21-day plan
"What I keep noticing in other people lately is —"
From a 7-day plan
"Write without stopping about what you would say if you knew it wouldn't be held against you."
From a 21-day plan · 10 min minimum, 20 max
"Sit somewhere you can watch people pass, and notice how much of what you feel about them was in you before they appeared."
From a 21-day plan · no writing on the final day
Your plan is written from your answers. These prompts belonged to other people — they exist to show you the shape, not your content.
The three prices are not three qualities. They are three lengths of the same road. How many days you write, and how far the arc carries you.

Intoma Journal is a personalised guided self-reflection plan built around writing. It begins with the situation, emotion or pattern that brought you here and turns your answers into a sequence of questions, unfinished sentences, writing invitations and guided observations — one practice a day, created for you.
No. You do not have to record your day or face a blank page, and you will not receive prompts drawn from a generic card deck. Each practice has a purpose within your journey, and the formats change so the writing does not become mechanical or repetitive.
Before receiving your plan, you answer four questions about what brought you here, what you feel when you think about it and what you want to understand about yourself. The plan is composed from the combination of those answers — not from a single topic or keyword.
No. Journal does not assess the quality of your writing and requires no previous experience. You may write a few lines or several pages. The aim is not to write beautifully — it is to respond honestly to what that day's practice brings into view.
Free gives you one personalised writing invitation. The 7 Days plan moves from observation to expression — beginning with noticing and ending by giving space to what is usually left unsaid. The 21 Days plan follows the complete arc: observation, exploration, expression, confrontation and integration, leading towards greater clarity about what you choose to do with what you have seen.
Usually ten to twenty minutes. Some days may ask for only a few lines, while others may open more space. There are also guided observation days when you do not need to write. It is not a race or a task to complete as quickly as possible.
No. What you write during the plan is yours and does not need to be sent to Intoma. Only your initial questionnaire answers are used to create the personalised plan. Your daily writing can remain entirely private.
You may pause, skip that day or return when you feel ready. The purpose is not to force an answer or intensify emotional distress. If a practice brings up something that feels difficult to manage alone, stop and seek support from someone you trust or a qualified professional.
Your personalised plan arrives as a PDF by email within 48 hours. The document contains the complete sequence for the duration you selected, so you can keep it and work through it at your own pace — ideally one practice per day.
No. Journal is a self-reflection tool and does not replace psychotherapy, psychological support, diagnosis or medical care. It can be used alongside professional support, provided you respect your limits and the guidance of the professionals involved in your care.
